Having a goal and executing it are two different things. FollowThru brings 15 years of project execution experience to the goals that matter personally, helping you turn intention into meaningful action and keep moving when the plan meets real life.
Somewhere along the way, your goals became optional while everyone else's became urgent.
A goal can matter deeply to you and still be difficult to execute. Sometimes the path isn't clear. Sometimes you know exactly what you want to do and aren't doing it. And sometimes the plan works until your priorities, capacity, circumstances, or confidence change.
That's the part we don't talk about enough: what happens between deciding something matters and actually moving it forward.
Many women who work with FollowThru are already in coaching, therapy, or mentorship. FollowThru isn't a replacement for that work. It focuses on the execution that comes after insight and intention.
Too many ideas and no clear place to start
Starting strong but losing momentum before the finish
Restarting the same goal with little to show for it
Trying to move something big forward completely alone
Execution is what happens after the intention and the plan.
You can have a meaningful goal, a clear intention, even a thoughtful plan. Then the plan meets real life: competing priorities, limited capacity, uncertainty, resistance, changing circumstances.
FollowThru focuses on what happens next — turning intention into meaningful action, and continuing to move when execution doesn't go exactly as planned.
Across industries, I've spent fifteen years helping organizations execute high-stakes, multimillion-dollar projects. I loved the work because it always came back to the same challenge: bringing clarity to complexity, creating structure where there was none, and helping important work move forward.
All the while, I was quietly postponing ambitions of my own.
My goals mattered.
As I built that system for myself, I realized this wasn't an idiosyncratic experience. Other women needed this same structure too.
Companies don't leave meaningful goals to chance. They build systems around them.
So I built FollowThru.
It exists to inspire women to pursue the lives they're capable of building, and to give them the structure, systems, and execution support to get there.
I built it because I needed it myself. And if you're here, there's a good chance you might too.
Structure around the goal. A clear rhythm for moving it forward. Human accountability when momentum slips. And a way to adjust when the plan meets real life without losing sight of what you're trying to accomplish.
FollowThru doesn't do the work for you. It gives you the structure and support to keep doing the work yourself.
Business launches, career transitions, graduate school applications, creative projects, and professional certifications. Leadership development, confidence building, health and fitness goals, and personal priorities that have been pushed aside for too long.
Private FollowThru engagements are available on a limited basis for goals that benefit from individualized execution support. Tell us a little about what you're working on. If private support looks like the right fit, we'll follow up with next steps.
Coaching and FollowThru are complementary, not competing. Coaching works from the inside out, helping you explore what's getting in the way beneath the surface. FollowThru works from the outside in: we build the structure around you so the system keeps you moving even when motivation is low or life happens.
We don't skip past what's happening on the inside when it comes up. We name it, work with it, and then ask what a next step looks like anyway. Many clients pair the two. One does the inner work; the other makes sure the outer work happens. If you've had valuable insights in coaching but struggled to translate them into consistent action, FollowThru is designed to support what happens next.
You don't need to have a perfectly defined goal before you start. Some people come in with a specific outcome; others know what they want to change but need help clarifying what they're actually trying to move forward. That clarity is part of the work.
Not completing the original goal exactly as planned doesn't automatically mean the experience failed. We look at what happened, what the action or inaction tells us, what changed, and what should happen next. Progress is rarely linear, and execution often means adapting rather than following a perfect plan.
We review every inquiry personally to see whether private, individualized support is the right fit for what you're working on right now. If it is, we'll follow up to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. If it isn't the right fit, or if the next FollowThru experience would serve you better, we'll let you know and point you in the right direction.
Private engagements are limited by design. If there isn't availability when you reach out, we'll let you know and point you toward the next FollowThru experience, which you can also join the waitlist for above.
